Let’s build something.

Tell us what you’re building. A senior engineer reads every message and replies within 24 hours on a business day. If the scope is clear enough to price, you get a fixed quote and a ship date within two business days.

No sales sequence, no discovery deck, no 20-minute call to qualify you. If we’re the wrong fit, we will say so in the first reply and point you somewhere better.

These brackets mirror the bands we publish, which are estimates in US dollars, not quotations; the quote that follows scoping is fixed in writing before kickoff.

Get in touch directly

Response time: within 24 hours on business days. Fixed quote within two business days once scope is clear.

Overlap hours: Lahore is UTC+5. We hold 6pm to 10pm local open every working day, which is 9am to 1pm in New York and a full working afternoon in London.

In a hurry? WhatsApp is the fastest route. Most messages get an answer the same day.

After you hit send

Three steps, then a number.

You’re not entering a nurture campaign. This form exists to get you a scope, a price and a date fast enough that you can compare us against the other two vendors on your list.

01

A human reads it

Within 24 hours

One of the engineers who’d build the thing reads it. No sales rep, no autoresponder. If your message lands outside our hours, you get an answer the next business morning in Lahore.

02

We scope it in writing

Within 2 business days

You get a written scope, a fixed price and a ship date. Where the brief is thin, we ask two or three specific questions rather than booking a call to extract them. If the work isn’t a fit for us, we say so and name someone better placed.

03

You decide, then we start

Kickoff within a week

Approve the scope and we open the repo, the shared Slack channel and a staging URL in week one. Payment runs 50% on contract and 50% on delivery, split into milestones on builds above $30,000. Nothing’s committed before you sign.

Four lines that get you a real answer

A three-word enquiry gets a reply asking for details, and that costs us both two days. Include these four things and the first reply can carry an estimate and the route to a fixed quote, instead of a question.

  • What you’re building, in one paragraph

The product, who uses it, and the one job it has to do well. A link to a competitor doing something similar tells us more than a page of description.

  • What already exists

A repo, a Figma file, an API, a spreadsheet holding the whole business together, or nothing at all. Every one of those is a fine answer, and it moves the estimate more than anything else you can tell us.

  • Your deadline and what drives it

A demo day, a funding round, a contract renewal, a competitor launch. The reason behind the date tells us what can be cut and what can’t.

  • A budget range

Even a rough band. We’re not angling for a negotiation. It is how we tell you in the first reply whether we can build what you want for what you have, or which parts to stage across two phases.

Where we are

A software house in Lahore. Most of our clients have never been here.

EdgeBrain Studios is a software company in Lahore, Pakistan. We work with founders in Karachi and Islamabad the same way we work with teams in London, Berlin, Toronto, Dubai and across the US. A shared Slack channel, a staging URL, and a build note every Friday. If you’re in Lahore and would rather meet in person, say so and we’ll find a coffee.

People find us searching for a web development company in Lahore, an app development company in Lahore, or an AI automation company in Pakistan. They usually arrive with the same worry, which is whether outsourcing software development to Pakistan means late nights, vague invoices, and a codebase nobody at home can read. Our answer is structural. Fixed scope agreed before kickoff. Your IP from the first commit. Repo access on day one. Payment split 50 / 50 across contract and delivery, and into milestones above $30,000, so neither side is ever more than one milestone exposed.

Hiring developers in Pakistan should cost you less than a Western agency and carry less risk than a marketplace. That is the whole proposition. If you don’t know which service you need yet, start with Next.js web development, React Native app development, AI automation, or AI integration consulting.
